Billing surfaces
| Area | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Manage Plan | Review plans, credits, and subscription options |
| Invoices | Review your invoice list and open invoice details |
The invoices page is user-scoped. It shows invoices linked to the current user rather than a full organization-wide billing center.
Use the plan page to understand credits and consumption behavior, then use the invoice area when you need billing documents.
Agent unlock links
Some agents may be available through a dedicated public unlock link instead of the standard plan page.
- Original plans - Retail users without a paid plan can choose one of the available paid Original plans from the unlock page
- Direct unlock - If you already have an active paid plan, you can unlock the agent directly from that page
- Access codes - If your school, organization, or partner gave you a code, you can enter it directly on the unlock page
- Free plan - The free plan is not shown in the unlock selection because it does not unlock paid access
If you already have an active paid plan, you may need to switch back to the free plan before using an access code.
Access codes and credits
Access codes are used for special programs such as schools, public organizations, partner projects, or private campaigns.
- Limited access - A code can give access only to the agents included in that program
- Dedicated credits - When a code is activated, your credits are set to the allowance included with that code
- Recurring access - Some codes can refresh your credits monthly or yearly while the program is active
- Expiration - If the code expires or is revoked, the related special access can be removed
Credits from an access code replace the current balance for that program period. They are not added on top of any remaining credits.
Agent credit usage
Some agents may use credits at different rates depending on their capabilities and operating cost. Your available credits still appear as a single shared balance, but using different agents may consume that balance at different speeds.
