Permissions
Each agent can expose specific permissions to members of the related team. This makes it possible to control who can use sensitive areas.
What you can do
- See which users belong to the agent's team
- Review join dates
- Identify team admins
- Grant or revoke per-agent permissions where allowed
Permission columns
| Permission | What it controls |
|---|---|
| config | Reserved internal configuration access |
| knowledge | Access to the knowledge/documents area |
| integrations | Access to developer tools and integrations |
| history | Access to conversation history |
| feedback | Access to feedback review |
| statistics | Access to usage and analytics |
| technical | Access to technical or debug-oriented surfaces |
info
Team admins have broad access by default. Individual permission toggles are most useful for non-admin members.
warning
The internal configuration permission is reserved to the platform team. Even if the application exposes a technical permission model, this public documentation does not describe internal agent configuration workflows.
