Feedback

The Feedback area helps you review how users rate an agent's responses and conversations.

What you can do

  • Browse feedback items
  • Filter by all, positive, or negative feedback
  • Filter by date range
  • Scroll continuously to load older feedback
  • Open a feedback detail page
  • Review conversation context
  • See whether feedback is positive, negative, or star-based
  • Read additional user notes
  • Train from feedback when that workflow is available
  • Choose up to 30 feedback items for tuning reviews with sentiment filters, date filters, continuous scrolling, the option to hide already analyzed feedback, a filter for feedback with user comments, bulk selection for loaded feedback that has not been analyzed yet, and a clear-all selection action
  • Review prompt tuning suggestions locally before applying them so approved prompt changes are merged together in one batch while preserving the existing system prompt structure
  • Scroll continuously through tuning review history when an agent has many past reviews
  • Reprocess a failed tuning review from scratch using the same scope and selected feedback
