What you can do
- Browse feedback items
- Paginate through older feedback
- Open a feedback detail page
- Review conversation context
- See whether feedback is positive, negative, or star-based
- Read additional user notes
- Train from feedback when that workflow is available
Types of feedback
| Type | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Message Feedback | Feedback attached to a specific response |
| Conversation Feedback | Feedback attached to the overall interaction |
| Positive / Negative | Binary sentiment |
| Stars | Rating-based feedback |

Look at the conversation context before acting on a single rating. It helps you understand whether the issue came from the prompt, missing knowledge, or user expectations.
